Yes, our annual plans will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel. If our prices change, your subscription will still be for the original amount you paid, unless we tell you otherwise. We will attempt to charge the card you used for initial purchase. If we are unable to do so, your subscription may lapse.

To make it easier for you to give us a try, we offer a complete refund for up to 14 days after your purchase. While we don’t require a reason to provide this refund, we’re grateful for any feedback that may help us improve Agency Turbo.

Sorry, but we don’t provide a free version of Agency Turbo. This is because we think there is real value in each and every feature, and we want to offer them as a complete set. To make it less risky for you to give us a try, however, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.

We offer upgrades from our annual plans to any of our lifetime plans. You only pay for the difference between the two plans. To upgrade, simply contact us while your annual plan is still active and request an upgrade to your chosen plan. We’ll give you a unique discount code you can use to purchase your new plan at the correct price.

Lifetime plans and their benefits are valid for as long as we’re around to provide updates and support. Agency Turbo is the result of over 5 years successful web development, so we have some idea of what we’re doing, but our service is more likely to survive, grow and evolve if people are recommending us.

Much like your mobile phone’s data plan, unlimited plans are unlimited within reason. That is, they don’t have a limit you’re likely to hit. What this means is that your organisation is free to put Agency Turbo on as many sites as you like, within reason. There is a theoretical upper limit and we monitor activations to prevent any suspicious activity or license sharing. Any customers abusing the ‘unlimited’ service may have their licenses suspended and no refunds will be offered. Any instance of a genuine customer reaching the theoretical upper limit of an unlimited plan will be given additional licenses as necessary at no additional cost, but we’ll be surprised if you get there!

While you’re free to provide Agency Turbo as part of a product (e.g. a website) that you provide to your clients, and you’re free to advertise the features all you like, you cannot re-sell Agency Turbo licensing. This is because our agreement is between us and you, the purchaser, and the price includes various supplemental services like updates and support that cannot be transferred. If you’re interested in becoming an affiliate or reseller, let us know.

You can cancel annual licenses by logging a support ticket. Please try to give at least 3 days notice between your cancellation request and renewal date so we can cancel subscriptions before they are charged.

Lifetime plans are one-off purchases and cannot be cancelled or refunded outside the 14-day money back window.
